Our reporting and feedback
Tutors Green provides 24/7 access to our reporting system. Stakeholders, referrers and nominated agencies are given login accounts to our monitoring system so they are able to access student reports on progress, engagement and attendance.
We send monthly reports to referrers which detail lesson-by-lesson overviews, including content covered and advancement towards goals. We speak weekly with students, tutors, carers and stakeholders to monitor tuition programmes and receive any feedback that students might have to improve their tutoring experience.
The safeguarding of young people is of paramount importance to Tutors Green, and any concerns that arise are reported to relevant authorities immediately - including any missed lessons.
